Odd/Even changed = 17
Odd/Even same    = 12

High/Low changed = 15
High/Low same    = 14

-/- (Odd/Even changed, High/Low changed) =  8

-/* (Odd/Even changed, High/Low same)    =  9

*/* (Odd/Even same, High/Low same)      =  5

*/- (Odd/Even same, High/Low changed)    =  7

No digits repeated    = 10
One digit repeated    = 15
Two digits repeated  =  3
Three digits repeated =  1

CONCLUSION:

Play opposite Odd/Even and same (this is hard to call) High/Low as the last draw.  After a double hits, include doubles in your picks for the next 2 draws.  If you need to reduce the number of tickets, then play only those numbers with one digit repeating from the previous draw.
I treat triples the same as doubles, because they are just one of the numbers in a set of doubles.
