Makes Euromillions look better every day. I think if the prize were below 50% cash it would be a fraud to advertise any annuity jackpot.

    Ohio used to pay cash winners only 44% of the Super Lotto Plus annuity (it's now 50% in the soon-to-be-ending game.) Colorado Lotto cash winners originally got only 40%.

        Geez, Cashonly, over how many years did those games pay their annuities!!? 40!!?

        I agree with dvdiva though, all jackpot games should be cash only.  Annuities are bulls**t - it should be up to the players to manage their own annuities, since most players select the cash option anyway.
