Retxx,
To "Sort" the No Hit List in Cell ranges S4 through X13 you need to Sort each drawing separately. For example: Look at cell S2 you see Eve. Look at cell S3 you see "E" for evening. Look at cell range S4 through S13, this is a list of digits 0 through 9. Look at cell T3 you see "Q" and look at cell range T4 through T13, these numbers represent how many times the digits hit in the last 7 drawings (see cell range C4 through E10). Now you need to Sort.
Step 1: Go to your Main Menu and Click>View>Toolbars>Standard (Make sure Standard Tool Bar is checked)
Step 2: Click cell T3
Step 3: Hold down your Shift Key, while holding down your Shift Key left-click Cell S13.
Step 4: Release the Shift Key. You should now notice cell range S3 through T13 are now "Highlighted"
Step 5: Look at your Standard Toolbar and look for th A Z with the arrow pointing down next to it button (Sort Ascending). (Should be next to the little paintbrush)
Step 6: Click the A Z Button. This will sort Cell range S4 through T13 in ascending order. Meaning all the digits will be sorted by least number of times hit to the most number of times hit in the past 7 drawings. (see cell range C4 through E10).
Step 7: Now look at cell range L21 through Q30. These are your combinations to play for the next drawing.
Step 8: For states that have Midday Drawings Repeat Step 2 but click Cell V3. Step 3: Hold down your Shift Key and Click cell V13. Click the A Z Button. Look at cell range W21 through AB30 for your Midday combinations to play.
The RED numbers are the Pairs from the last drawing(s). You don't touch these numbers in cells T14, V14, X14 (evening Draws) and T16, V16, X16 (midday draws). If you accidentally sorted these you need to use your original downloaded Excel File and start over.
If your state only has Evening Picks disregard the Midday Chart. You only need to enter previous drawings in cell ranges B4 through E10.
The combinations to play are listed in Cell Ranges L21 through Q30.
If your state has both Midday and Evening your combinations will be in Cell Ranges L21 through Q30 (evening) and W21 through AB30 (midday).
What you want to look for is at Cell T4, T5. Sometimes you may have multiple digits that have hit either 0 or 1. Also for the Midday Cell V4, V5. You might have the same hits for 1 to 2 digits. The question is what number do I play. For example: My Pennsylvania Pick 3 evening chart shows both digit 5 and digit 6 hitting only 1 time in the last 7 drawings. Do I play the 5 or the 6. The digit 5 gives me these combinations to play for my evening drawing for Saturday 7/23/05. 503, 512, 549, 558, 567, 504, 513, 522, 559, 568, 577, 509, 518, 527, 536, 545. Or do I play the digit 6 which gives me these combinations: 603, 612, 649, 658, 667, 604, 613, 622, 659, 668, 677, 609, 618, 627, 636, 645. So the question is do I play the 5, 6 or both. 16 combinations or 32 combinations.
The same thing holds true with Pennsylvania Midday drawing. Both digit 8 and digit 3 have not hit at all (0) in the last 7 drawings.
As I said in another thread, you don't want to chase digits for more than 2 drawings. Look for digits that have not hit (0 hits) in the last 7 drawings and only play those for 2 more draws.
Retxx, I don't know how you want to play using Mass Pick 4. Maybe use the front 3 as the Midday and Back 3 as the Evening??
I hope this explanation helps!!
