I have been talking about not eliminating pure numbers or series numbers from your picks.  Michigan is a perfect example of why not!

Expected percentage = 36.4%.  Evening percentage for last 30 draws = 40%.

My point is: If you totally disregard the "rare" numbers when you are trying to decide what to play, you will be throwing out about 40% of the winning numbers!!
