The Unexplained is showing right now on ABC's Primetime Live. It looks like a pretty good show. Maybe there'll be some tidbit of information or inspiration to give us a little help in our lottery endeavors. Check it out.

It was a fairly good show, but it offered a lot more questions than answers. I suppose that should have been expected. It sure made me wonder about the way injury, illness, and intuition can reveal or conceal things from our consciousness. I've had experiences with dreams or spontaneous awareness giving me winning numbers, but I suppose there are no clear explanations for such things.

I think the most interesting case on the show was about the very young child who knew so much about airplanes and actual war history. The kid was only about two or three years old, and nobody could figure out where he gained all that knowledge. I've always heard that kids can be very intuitive and psychic. Anybody got any children who give them good lottery numbers? LOL

    Good luck,

glad to hear it was a winner, that show.  TV isn't one of the things I do, but maybe if they put it on DVD I'll rent it sometime.

I don't know what the deal is with kids. But my daughter has been pretty good at giving me numbers. At first I was getting Cash 3 numbers from her. I would get one number from her on Saturday evening or Sunday morning and play that one number comboed for both midday and evening here in GA. The number would usually fall within the week. When it did, I would stop playing for the rest of the week and get a new number the next Saturday or Sunday. At the time my husband and I were going through an major financial crisis and I used these winnings to live on. Her numbers hit just about every week for about 6 months or so. Then for some reason she just got tired of giving me numbers. She quit about the same time that my husband finished school and got a job so that may have had something to do with it.

Anyways, I still ask her on occasion for a number which she thinks will fall in the Mega Millions or Fantasy Five. Usually her number comes up. Yesterday I asked her what she thought the mega ball was going to be. She said thirty-forty which I took to mean 34. Later on when I was filling out my payslip I asked her, "So you think the megaball is going to be 34?" and she said "No its forty." I said, "Forty what?" and she goes, "Just Forty, Mommy!" I went ahead and played the 34 thinking that the first instinct was the correct one. Oh well maybe next time, huh? She doesn't seem to be able to give me more than one number though. Wonder why? -Bonnie

you might try this....if a certain number pops up in your head out of the blue or you keep seeing one number in a lot of different places such as tags and addresses it might be a sign to use it....

              Lottomike:

I've tried that a time or two.... long road trip, listening for numbers on license tags, mile markers, exits, billboards, any numbers to jump into my attention......  Sort of a fun exercise and makes the miles go more quickly.

I tend to do that sort of thing anyway, notice what kind of cars I've passed, or have passed me, where they're from, see how many license numbers I can recall a few miles later..... try to recount details of how many windmills I've seen between Socorro and Truth or Consequences, how many gallons per minute I'd estimate was flowing into the Rio Grande from the Salado River.

It's easy enough to plug listening for lottery numbers into that system.  It will get you a full plate of numbers every time.

For me the downside was that I never  won a penny on those numbers, but I had a good time with it.  I expect I'll do it again next time I go somewhere a long way between anywhere and somewhere else.

Depends on what you like, Mike.  The mountains here are dryer.... Albuquerque is 6200 or so in elevation .... But if you're into outdoorsy stuff, history, archeology, metaphysics, casino gambling, paleontology, backpacking, good sunsets, it's hard to beat.

On the other hand, wages aren't good here, for the most part, while property tends to seem pretty expensive (don't have a clue how it compares to Tennessee that way).

But I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Government dropped an atomic bomb on us in 1945, but we've got the mutants pretty well under control now, so things have quieted down.  And that little alien business down at Roswell hasn't cropped up again in a good  many years.

Sometime if you drive out to visit your bro you might give me a call on the way through.... I'll buy you a cup of coffee, chat a while.

                        Bonnie,

I'd say you should be able to make some pretty good money even if you can only count on your daughter being right about the Megaball. I don't live in a MegaMillions state, but I believe it pays even money on the Megaball, doesn't it? If your daughter is consistenly right about predicting the Megaball, you should load up on it and double you money every time you play. With a little luck or skill at hitting some of the 5/56 numbers along with your lock on the Megaball, you should be able to do even better.

You probably ought to strike while the iron is hot though. From what I've read about this sort of thing, kids tend to lose their interest or ability for such things rather abruptly for no apparent reason. Maybe you can hit a big one before that happens with your daughter.

I really don't know why young children have the ability to pick winning numbers. I was once told by my Silva instructor that children are able to do such things because they haven't yet "learned" that it's not possible. Children are rather creative thinkers, and their minds go wherever their imagination takes them. It's too bad that most of us lose touch with our imagination as we mature. As it is said, "We grow too soon oldt, und too late schmardt." LOL

                        Good luck,
