  Bill Gates would donate 95% of his wealth before he dies. That's what he said as I recall. He didn't mention how much would each get, but I am first in line that is if I am still alive.

  the remain percent that is willed to his kids  is prob over the trillions and more .  to last the 7 or more  generation of his desecents
