Would you fly first class, after hitting major jackpot? After all tickets range from $8,000 to $15,000 per person

ok...I know I am cheap...but First Class (aka Business Class) on Airtran is only $25 more then coach. For $8 to $15 Grand, I would be expecting full body massage with the flight. As for JetBlue, All the seats are similiar to First class, except they are coach size. Flew JetBlue from Atlanta to Vegas a couple of years ago for around $90 one way.

I might not fly first class (all the time) and would choose business instead. There is usually a big different between the price of business class and first class on international flights (if you are not using frequent flyer miles or points).

It would also depend on how often I would travel and where. After some time, I would probably feel guilty spending $5,000 to $10,000 on a first class ticket.

I dont know how much private planes cost but for long distance travel they are not a viable option.
Also, you would need to worry about extra expenses if you buy one(hiring a pilot, maintenance, fuel, etc).

I just dont see myself buying a private plane unless I win like $150 million after taxes.

best way to fly over seas.. In first class, the seats go all the way back. 12-16 hours on a plane. First class.

I've flown first class on a major airline before. It's NOT worth the extra money. The seats are bigger, but they're still airplane seats. The food is better, but it's still airline food. The ONLY reason people fly first class is so they can sit with other people who can afford to pay 10 times what the flight is actually worth, and not have to associate with people like you and me back in coach.
