  Increase the payout to at least 55% to make the pari-mutuel payout a little less biting.

  Pick-6 Lotto

  A cult classic, and rather large cult at that. While most states can only manage a $100,000 rollover with even the biggest jackpots, Pick-6 still manages a $250,000 minimum roll, which can go up to $1mil per roll. Pick-6 is here to stay, and to further solidify that, I propose these changes.

  Change the payout structure to this layout, which take 5/6 funds into the 3/6 fund:

  •    
  • Match 6 - 68% - Avg. Roll $300,000
  •    
  • Match 5 - 4% - Avg. Prize $1,084
  •    
  • Match 4 - 10% - Avg. Prize $51
  •    
  • Match 3 - 18% - $5 Guaranteed

  And bring back the Bonus Million, but merely as a kicker-type add-on game, with which you can pick your own numbers (albeit by saying your numbers to the clerk):

  •    
  • Match All 7 Numbers - $1,000,000
  •    
  • Match Last 6 Numbers - $100,000
  •    
  • Match Last 5 Numbers - $10,000
  •    
  • Match Last 4 Numbers - $1,000
  •    
  • Match Last 3 Numbers - $100
  •    
  • Match Last 2 Numbers - $10
  •    
  • Match Last Number - $1
