Me being the ever-curious soul that I am, I did a search on "Mega Millions Rules" at google.com tonight, and the first site it brought up was Illinois lottery's version of them. If you look at section 1.3, this is what you will find:
1.3 Add-on Game. Where permitted by the governing laws, policies, procedures, regulations or rules of any Party Lottery jurisdiction, any Party Lottery, or several Party Lotteries together, may institute an Add-on Game that may provide prize amounts in addition to MEGA MILLIONS prize amounts, other than the Grand/Jackpot Prize, and shall be solely responsible for paying any prizes associated with such Add-on Game.
Now, I know this allows Texas to have "Megaplier," but this also allows ALL STATES to have it too. Maybe the directors are finally starting to listen to us and give us what we want! Or this just allows the TLC to flaunt itself, while all of the rest of us have to suffer. I WANT THE MP, NOW MORE THAN EVER!!!!!
