First they change to computerized drawings.

Now they are changing the matrix from 5/42 with a bonus number to a 5/47 game with no bonus number.

Looks like I'm going to be saving $10 a week now. No more Gopher 5 for me.

I know the voices aren't real, but they sure have some good ideas.

I'm disappointed that this lotto will go computerized. This computerized game will cause manipulation and more winners.

Minnesota has been using computerized drawings for over 2 year's now.

I guess they're just trying to differentiate Gopher 5 from Northstar Cash, which doesn't make much sense because they're already pretty different. You want to increase sales? Easy, bring the balls back. Nobody wants to have a cartoon draw their numbers (which is what the casual player sees).

Maybe MN thinks Hot Lotto won't be around much longer. MN has a decent-sized population however.
