  LL,

  Fla has a Combo 494 that has never hit in 6374 draws. There are a lot of combos that have been out over 2000 draws. I don't know if Fla should be included in your experiment.

  It is for the people that play all states (and have noticed a number like 566 being out more than 7 days because NO state has received it)

  **i know 151 has been out in all ststes for a while** and 399 has just been out for about 9 days
