     another observation.. when a double is found in pick 4.. expect the other number that didn't double to double with one of the numbers that did..  example..

  Using SC for example..

   

  4100 came on Sat midday..  expect..  011X  044x to show up this week...

  4014 4011 will be some plays of mine for the next week here in SC....

  It has been a challenge for me..

  I first list all the vtracs in pick 4.. that in itself is a chore.. then when doubles come out in pick 3 or if a pair is being repeated over and over, I look to see if it could be a missing link with the vtracs. 

  I try not to put more than $5 on pick 4 for any one draw.. Sometimes it is a total bust.. others.. I play too soon and miss out when it comes..

   

  One thing for sure is you cannot play too late. lol
