  How about  saturday night under a full moon on the 14th ....and by the way the official powerball drawing will take place live in tulsa at the International Finals Rodeo! Hows that for starters? Yee-Haw! Just need the winning ticket now! Watch for record number of powerball tickets to be sold in oklahoma this week, probably see the increase in jackpot.
