Tax-Free Million was a very popular NY scratch game in the late 1990s. The top prize was paid in a lump-sum check for $1 million after federal/state/local withholdings. NY has NOT offered an all-cash million-dollar scratch game prize since T-F M.

    Absolutely. Who wouldn't want a million dollars in cash from a scratch-off, especially if that's the after-tax prize.

      Something that the NY Lottery forgot about. It doesn't ask players what they want to play, or what kind of prizes they want to win.
