  for 38 showing

  Second & third dominant digits

  are the 9s & 0s

  Which (9s & 0s ) show

  frequently in Pick4

  Fittingly 38,30,80,39,89 pairs

  applied to Pick4's  3picks

  to aquire resultant Root

  sum 3,4 or 8

  In this case 9377=26=8 root sum

  Again 0 or 9 must show

  significantly to apply with

  the digit out

  can you use pic 4 numbers from Mass. back to 1975 apr. up to oct of 2005. if so I have them. let me know. maybe you can help in Mass.
