Main overview.

---------------------

For the Pick 4 there are 4, 3, 2 and 1 digit filters and for the Pick 3 there are
3, 2 and 1 digit filters.
There are Straight only filters and Boxed + Straight (both) filters.
The 4 digit filters for the pick 4 are for the whole pick 4 number, the 3, 2 and
1 are for portions or positions, threes or triads, twos or pairs and ones or single
digits.
For the pick 3, the 3 digits are filters for the whole number, the 2 digits for
pairs and the 1 digits for single digits.
Now when I say digit filters, I don't just mean numeric digits, but also symbolic
pattern digits.

For 1 digit filters there are 4 positions on the pick 4 Lth, LthM, RthM, RTh and
3 positions on the pick 3 Lth, M, Rth.      Lth = Left,        M = Middle
or Center and      Rth = Right.

For 2 digit filters there are 6 pairs for the pick 4 game they are: Lth, Rth, Middle
or Center, Sides, 1st+3rd position and 2nd+4th position.
For 2 digits on the pick 3 there are 3 pairs: Lth, Rth and Sides.

For 3 digits on the Pick 4 there are 4 Triads (triples), 1+2+3 positions, 2+3+4
positions, 1+2+4 positions and 1+3+4 positions.
For 3 digits on the pick 3 is the whole number XXX.

4 digit filters are for the Pick 4 and is the whole number XXXX.

On the Pick 4 there are 10, 000 straight combos (numbers).
On the Pick 3 there are 1,000 straigth combos and of those 720 are singles like
583 and 270 are doubles like 800 and 10 are triples like 555.
On the Pick 3 there are 220 Boxed or Any order combos and of those 120 are singles
like 902 and 90 are doubles like 114, 10 are triples like 444.

When you play, you will play either for straight combos or boxed ones or for a mix
of both of them.
And when you filter out combos, it will also be done for straight or boxed or for
a mix of them.

Before you filter combos out, you need a source of them, like the 1000 straight
or the 220 boxed ones, or combos that you got from the Lottery Post that somebody
predicted and you want to reduce them some or combos that you got from a lottery
program.
Or maybe you wheeled some digits using either a straight or boxed wheel and now
need to filter them out some.

One digit filters.

------------------------------------

Digits by position: Lth, M and Rth positions.
This filter is for filtering out from your source of numbers combinations that have
certain digits by position.
For example if you want to remove all combos that have the 7 and the 4 digits in
the first DXX position and or the 1 and 3 in the second position XDX and or the
9 and the 1 in the third position XXD.

Digits by position: Lowest, Middle and Highest numeric value digits.
For example in 805 the 8 is the highest digit of that number and 0 the lowest and
5 the in-between or middle digit.
142 = LstHstMe or Lowest, Highest and Middle.
This filter is for removing or filtering out from your source of combos those number
combinations that have particular digits in one or more of the Lowest, Middle and
Highest positions.
For example you might want to filter out all combos that have the 6 and 7 digits
in the Lowest position 6,7LstXXand or those that have a 1 and a 8 on the Middle
position X1,8MX and or those that have a 2 and a 3 on the Highest position XX2,3Hst.

Low digits by position: Lth, M, and Rth positions.
0 1 2 3 4 are Low digits.
This filter is for removing those number combinations that have Low digits in either
or the Lth, M and Rth positions.
LXX, XLX and or XXL.

High digits by position: Lth, M, and Rth positions.
5 6 7 8 9 are High digits.
This filter is for removing those number combinations that have High digits in either
or the Lth, M and Rth positions.
HXX, XHX, XXH.

Even digits by position: Lth M and Rth positions.
0 2 4 6 8 are Even digits.
This filter is for removing those number combinations that have Even digits in either
or the Lth, M and Rth positions.
EXX, XEX, XXE.

1 3 5 7 9 are Odd digits.
This filter is for removing those number combinations that have Odd digits in either
or the Lth, M and Rth positions.
OXX, XOX, XXO.

2 consecutive digits by position, Lth, M and Rth, on 5 sets:
Set 1 = 0 and 1 digits.
Set 2 = 2 and 3 digits.
Set 3 = 4 and 5 digits.
Set 4 = 6 and 7 digits.
Set 5 = 8 and 9 digits.
This filter is for removing combinations that have any one of those Sets by position.

Open, Closed and Straight digits by position, Lth, M and Rth positions.
2 3 5 are Open digits.
0 6 8 9 are Closed digits.
1 4 7 are Straight digits.
These filters are for removing or filtering out any number combinations that have
Open, Closed and or Straight Digits by in either or the Lth, M and or Rth positions.
893 = Closed-Closed-Open.
Q=Open
C=Closed
S=Straight.
QXX, XQX, XXQ        CXX, XCX, XXC        SXX, XSX, XXS.

Last Draw digit by "same position": Lth, M, Rth.
This filter is for removing any combinations, that have one or more digits by "same
position" as those of the very last draw.
For example if the last draw had a 4 in the Lth position you can remove all combinations
that also have a 4 in the Lth position.

Low, Middle and High digits by position on either or the Lth, M and Rth positions.
0 1 2 are Low.
3 4 5 6 are Middle.
7 8 9 are High.
It removes combinations that have the Low, Middle and or High on either or the Lth,
Middle and Rth positions.
836 = High-Middle-Middle or HMM.
LXX, XLX, XXL.
MXX, XMX, XXM.
HXX, XHX, XXH.

Let us talk a little about pairs.
There are 100 straight pairs from 00 to 99.
10 of them are doubles 00,11,22,33,44,55,66,77,88,99.
So not counting those, then there are 90 straight pairs.
Also I think that there are 10 straight sequential pairs:
01,12,23,34,45,56,67,78,89,90.
Also there are 10 sequential "REVERSED" pairs:
10,21,32,43,54,65,76,87,98,09.
There are 3 pick 3 pairs: Lth (Front), Rth (Back) and side(s).
There are 55 any-order or boxed pairs, 10 of them are the doubles (same 10 pairs
for straight: 00 11 etc..), and 45 single(s), 90/2 = 90 divided by 2 = 45.
So when working with boxed combos, you will work with only the 10 doubles and the
45 boxed singles.
I again say, there are straight sequential pairs, reversed sequential, doubles and
non-sequentials (most of them).
First of all: Sometimes you must put or use both daily draws together and other
times you should not, by checking the recent history of the winning numbers against
your system that should tell you if you need to use only one daily's draws or both.
Most of the time, (but not always) it seems that none of the 3 pairs from the last
draw will repeat or come out again on the very next draw on any of the 3 pick 3
positions.
As for the same pair position, you have to check your state's past draws, but it
seems that most often a pair won't repeat on the same position for from 5 to 10
draws, a pair might not even repeat often on "ANY" postion for the next
1 to 5 draws.
Sometimes pairs won't repeat on the same position for even up to 20-25 draws or
more.
There are also ALL LOW pairs, ALL HIGH pairs, ALL EVEN pairs, ALL ODD pairs also:
SPLIT pairs like: LH,HL,EO,OE.
Pairs have Sums (From 0 to 18),Roots (From 0 to 9) and Last Digit Sum Roots (From
0 to 9).
As with digits there is frequency: Cold and Hot and or whatever else.
Pairs can repeat on any position as they were (straight)or reversed.
That is all for pairs now.

Thanks Lantern, I would think that no one would use all the filters. You would have to track your data and apply these filters as necessary to help reduce the amount of numbers.
