I emailed him back and told him that I had heard of Scams on the internet about people asking for money or bank account numbers to process something that is supposedly already won. I told him that I wouldn't be sending any money to cover courier charges because I didn't feel right about it. This was his response:
Hello David, the only alternative means is for you to come over to our office here in the UK and collect your winnings, if you have any alternate method apart from this one, i will be glad to know.
This was the last that I have heard from him. Do you think that this was a scam? Have you ever heard of courier charges before? According to the initial email, it may be too late, but I never even played this in the first place and now someone is claiming that I won something. Any info would be greatly appreciated. If you know of anyone else that has a take on this please let me know.
Sincerely,
SHEP23
