  if north carolina gets pick 3 or pick 4 games do you think it will be computerized or ball drawings?    i know powerball is ball drawings but that doesn't count....

  I really don't know. The lottery director had championed a switch to computers previously, so that is a little disconserting. But keep in mind that this new lottery is going to be under a ton of scrutiny, and critics are going to pounce on any lack of transparency.

  I hope it goes to ball drawing [my vote]. I don't like computerized drawings for NC when they start their Pick 3 and Pick 4.
