5 Number System for Pick 3 (boxed)

Pick 5 numbers from 0-9 then put them under the letters.

A B C D E
0 1 5 8 9

Exchange the letters for the numbers and play them.  At the quarter store,
it only cost you \$2.50 to play for a win of \$37.50... profit \$35.

ABC = 015
ABD = 018
ABE = 019
ACD = 058
ACE = 059
BCD = 158
BCE = 159
BDE = 189
CDE = 589

If 3 of your numbers are drawn, you are GUARANTEED 100% win (boxed).  This system
does not work if any doubles or triples are drawn.  But single digit wins are high -
like 71 or 72%.

Test it - go ahead and look at previous draws.  I didn't create this system... just passing it
along.

Happy New Year!!!

Thanks for the reprint..

Looks like power trails in a way..

When I used it.. I put the hot digits under the letters and play that way.. It brought some hits..

nothing quite like the vtracs.. but something that could be use with the vtracs..

Thanks again..

Welcome Tntea - I still use this easy system when the numbers are running "funky"... seems like I can always pull in a few boxed hits per day with this.  Nothing to sniffle about.

I am a small dollar (quarter) player - and love systems where I can play cheap and get a profit.  An extra hundred or a few hundred per week in the pocket helps!

I am HIGHLY watching your knowledge on the double vtracs... but I am still learning :)

And gotta add:  POWERPLAYER is rockin' with his theories/methods!

Way to go folks........ love all this knowledge!

I have enjoyed your posts.  I read every one of them, although I dont comment on each.

You are correct O-Men-O on PowerPlayer.. he has a great head on his shoulder... You can tell he is a serious lottery player and not someone who goes looking for flawless gems at the end of the Country.. or rainbow... lol

I have been keeping/or trying to keep up with his theories and applying them to my own..  Working together, we may hit more of those pick 4's in the future...

I cannot believe it.. 12 months ago.. I didn't have my first pick 4 hit.. now I have 10.. they were boxes.. so something has to be working...

As littleoldlady quotes "knowledge is power"..  ( or something in that tune)

I have a question. Why can't this work for doubles?

A B C D E
0 1 5 0 9

ABC = 015
ABD = 010
ABE = 019
ACD = 050
ACE = 059
BCD = 150
BCE = 159
BDE = 109
CDE = 509

OK...I have 2½ questions.

2) What is the best way to pick the 5 numbers?

2A) tntea you use hot numbers...what is your definition of a hot number? Most drawn in last 10 days? 30days?

Truecritic,

It CAN work for doubles, but you must select the doubles when you pick your 5 numbers.  Doubles run about 20-25% and singles run about 72% of hits.  I personally LOVE doubles and can not tell you why.  I like the look of them maybe.

There are various methods to picking your 5 numbers.  Some use only the HOTTEST numbers running in the last 5-10 draws.  Some use only COLD numbers because they have not shown.  Some use HOT and COLD mixture.  Everyone has a different way of picking.  Wish there was one simple answer to that question.

Tntea has some good theories... Powerplayer is working diligently trying to find a good "1 digit" - Blackapple does the root sums and many others use cool methods.

I myself like the digits 0 and 9.  They seem to pop up with a couple draws anyway.

I use last 12 draws.. did it by hand.. but with Todd's tool on LP.. I would go 20 days or 10 days.. the calculations are done for you.. It would be a speedy trick..

I will try a state for you.. Which state?

I really enjoy seeing people "discovering" numbers!!  Of course, most of us are very familiar with wheels and the 5-digit wheel is used my many of us.  I have been using a 6-digit wheel recently for Pick 3 and Pick 4.

I encourage you to continue with your understanding of numbers and wheels, etc.

Here is the 5-digit wheel for doubles:

 1 2 1 1 3 1 1 4 1 1 5 1 2 1 2 2 3 2 2 4 2 2 5 2 3 1 3 3 2 3 3 4 3 3 5 3 4 1 4 4 2 4 4 3 4 4 5 4 5 1 5 5 2 5 5 3 5 5 4 5

As far as picking the correct 5 digits...good luck.  With any wheel, the true trick is picking the correct digits to plug into it!!  For the past 2 days I have been using a 6-digit wheel for Pick 3 and Pick 4 with very poor results!!

6 3 0 9 2

Singles

630,639,632,309,302, 092,692,392,602,609

doubles

633,663,600,660,669,699,622,622,933,993,020,220

This was done combining both draws.. unfortuately , Todd's tools do not do that for you.. will post each separately as well to see which fairs the best..
