I think you mean "Clipboard", not Notepad.
Deflate has a feature that works in Microsoft IE, which automatically copies the output to the Windows Clipboard when you click the button.
The Windows Clipboard is the area in your computer's memory that holds content when you choose "copy" in any program.
Then, when you select "Paste", it copies whatever is in memory (on the Clipboard) to wherever your cursor is.
