That is great if you had the "111", but statistics have shown that not too many trips hit in a given year. Play them if you feel that they may hit, but there has been many times that they only hit 2 or 3 times per year if at all. During the "Red Ball" promotion, they always show something like this. It is just a way for the Lottery Commission to add a little excitement to the game when sales are low in the winter months.
It is interesting to look at the payouts in the "search by numbers" at the Ohio Lottery site. Sometimes a number just pays out less than $100,000 on the pick 3 alone. Some pick 4's pay out less than $50,000 per drawing.
So, when a "trip" hits, be careful! Look at the stats. And take a closer look at how many dollars "you" have spent on trips too. And was it profitable?
I would stay clear of any "trip" to hit soon. That is my personal opinion.
All I can say is that if you are a "triple" player, then play them and them only. And just wait for it to happen. But, it probably won't happen soon. The odds are totally against you on playing them.
What cracks me up is, that they "zoomed in" really close tonight on the pick 3 drawing and two 1's were there. And then, without seeing the bottom of the hopper the third "1" appeared. And then the zoom went full screen and then the "Red Ball" appeared. Sort of makes you wonder sometimes?
The "camera zoom in" is not there when they draw the pick 4's or RC5's?
As to your original question, "could ohio get another trip?"
My answer would be: "No tinygirl58" and give them a rest for a long long long time!

I look at trips as an indicator; an indicator that they wont be back for a long time LOL! I guess this month has been the exception with all the trips in Ohio. I do play trips, but only when they show in my workout. Also, the most I will put down on them is $.50. If it hits; great. If it doesn't; great, maybe they will go back to sleep for a while.
