  Last week I had 15 , 3 pick hits using 16 numbers in 12 states. check out my perdictions for next week they are posted for the next 7 days mid and eve.

  Will do.  The above post will be used for a "baseline".  I like your theory and tried it for a week, but lost money.  But I'm still interested.  I do notice that a lot of your predictions are my "rare" numbers...I do like that!

  157, 158, 178, 578, 115, 117, 118, 551, 557, 558, 771, 775, 778, 881, 885, 887 

  That isn't the way you explained your previous method, so you must have a new one.  You are still using the 4-digit wheel, though.

  I see you are doing 13 states this time instead of 12.  No hits anywhere on 2/20 Mid or Eve, but I think you will have 2 or 3 today (2/21).

  I am curious why you are playing the same numbers for every state.

  Another complete miss Midday and Evening for 2/21.  That really surprises me since you have so many of my favorite "rare" numbers.

  I made a mistake.  Casiecoco is predicting for 10 states, but one of those is "Tri-States".  Anyway, today was much better ... two wins:
