Todd,
Should I keep emailing them asking for 2 cut off times?
I need 2 cut off times for my workouts. Or would I be a
bother to them?
Here is what is on their web site now.

Drawings

Because every state conducts their drawings differently, we try to remove as much complexity as possible to make playing multiple states easy.  To start with, we have one set time when all entries for a given drawing date must be complete, no matter what time the drawing occurs on that date.

The order cutoff time for all states and all games, whether it is a midday drawing or an evening drawing, is 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (12:00 noon Eastern Time).  Although it would be possible for us to accept orders for evening drawings later into the day, we feel that by having one single cutoff time for all games, we can eliminate the confusion caused by different states having different drawing times.

Here is what Todd has already said about the cutoff times:

Other people complain about the cutoff times for orders, but that's just splitting hairs (again, IMHO).

You'll find that most of these people are just plain resistant to change, no matter what the reason.  These excuses have nothing to do with it.  Lots of people have reported back to me that they love the Betslips site.  I haven't heard any negatives at all from people who have actually tried the site; you may want to do that and form your own opinion.

Thanks CalifDude. I forgot Todd already said something. I'm
already using the site. I like it very much. I'm not making excuses.
It's just the way I do my workouts.

      From their web site.

"Although it would be possible for us to accept orders for evening drawings later into the day, we feel that by having one single cutoff time for all games, we can eliminate the confusion caused by different states having different drawing times."

I think this will only hurt them. I will email them some more.

I just recieved an email from betslips.com
Good news. They will be adding a second cutoff time.
          Here is there email.

"We plan on adding a second order cutoff time for evening numbers games.
We will never add different cutoff times for every game, as it would be
confusing for customers and unwieldy for us to manage.

Feedback from our customers has indicated that having a second, later
cutoff time for evening games is a good compromise that will allow
players to select their numbers based on the midday results, and still allow
us to keep the very easy-to-understand functionality that makes our
          website enjoyable to use.

We are not able to provide a date when this will become available, but
it is being worked on by our development staff at the present."
