Lottery players overwhelmingly prefer to receive their winnings in lump sum. This poll deals with whether it's less attractive to receive quarterly payments (eg the NY Debt for Life series; GA-KY-VA Lose for Life) or yearly installments (jackpot games; PA Unlucky for Life).

      Of yourse you prefer lump sum. But I'm asking whether quarterly payments or yearly installments is LESS attractive to you.
