    15.  136  N/A        July 29, 05          UK                                      1                              Euromillions

    16.   125   220       May 28, 05         ID                                       1                               Powerball

    17.   125   208       Apr 22, 05           MI                                       1                               Mega Millions

    18.   120   222       Dec 31, 03           SC, PA                               2                               Powerball

    19.   117   215      Oct 9, 04              DE                                      1                              Powerball

    20.   113     183       June 20, 03         MA                                     1                               Megamillions

This is as good as the list is going to get this time around. Lottery Post is unstable in Firefox 1.5.0.1 currently and still has no cut/paste.

Megamillions is doomed to be #2 or lower until it finally rolls at the 300 level. Powerball is a joke considering it's rediculious annuity and cap rules. MUSL's stupid excuses for their rules aren't enough to cover up the fact that it's only #4 inspite of the massive annuity amount. Another 12 roll run would put Euromillions in the top two spots if it happens.

Also every winner so far except the OH winner who is unknown has chosen cash. Still waiting for someone to choose the annuity. A sure sign they never talked to any advisors.

Euro Millions winners automatically get lump sum. Anyone who chooses annuity should have to forfeit their prize LOL

Maybe annuity prizes should be outlawed. Winners can always purchase their own annuities anyway.

I understand a post can be edited shortly after it is posted. Can it be deleted by the poster shortly after it is posted?

            Good luck,

dvidva, if you ever do record jackpots of the World thread, make sure only include the top 15 with cash option first. If you ever do record jackpots of the North America thread, make sure only include the top 15 for cash value and top 15 in annunity (separate).

I like that you have provided these records sorted by cash value.  Even if one likes annuities, and I don't, the true value is measured by cash.
