The betslips ad in the left column says:
"Double your State payout"

MI $1 pick3 pays $500. Doubling that would be $1,000. They only pay $900. So what is the explanation for the "Double your State payout"
statement?

      It MORE than doubles NJ's payouts, so maybe it should say "more than double your state payout".

        Yup.  But it should somewhere have a disclaimer.
        "Does not apply to all States"
