I was surfing around trying to see if it were possible to improve one's luck since mine isn't what I think it should be.

Apparently, it is possible.

Food for thought...

Here is a blog with lots of interesting stories about mass influence of the numbers. It seems, when a large number of people are focused on a number, the lottery can come up with some very coincidental results.

      Very good reading...

I don't think it matters. The only thing that does is playing the numbers that are chosen. Many people become optimists after winning then mistakenly think they can win again. That's why there are all those expensive buildings in Vegas.

I agree!  I think there is a big difference between attitude and chance. When someone has lot of enthusiasm, it can become contagious and things seem to get better.  But cards, dice, slot machines and lottery terminals aren't people with feelings, minds and energy, so I don't think positive thinking can have any influence over them. However, it never hurts to remain optimistic and hopeful.  I should be the last one to talk since I was going to attend a meeting for optimists tonight but I figured it would suck. (groan)

That is a commercial web site, even though it is setup like a blog.
