  I am planning to go Florida soon and I would like to know which is the BEST $1 and $2 scratch off available in Florida where you have good winning chances

  I will be in Florida in mid-October. I can't tell you much about FL scratches, but here in NY the best $1 scratch is Instant Take Five. All $2s are good EXCEPT for Lose for Life.
