I can't use my click2pay acccountPrev TopicNext Topic

  I'm confused by betslips and click2pay.  I signed up for both betslips and click2pay and I was able to place my first order.  But yesterday I could not use the click2pay.  My click2pay has a zero balance but I thought that was ok because I would be covered up to my star rating until the money was withdrawn from my bank account.  I notice under my click2pay account that the status of payment method is "this payment method is locked."  What does that mean?

  Did you contact click2pay?  Seems that would be more fruitful than posting about it here.... Just an opinion.
