lottoscorp here and I looking to determine what U.S.State carries the (Pick3 & Pick4) for the Virgin Islands.

This information is a general one but, requires a definate answer. I will appreciate any and all responses.

    I'm not at all sure that any state carries the Virgin Islands P3 and P4. Each state has only its own Daily games.  The Virgin Islands has it's own.

    Where would be the profit for any of the 50 states to sell tickets for a Virgin Islands daily game?

      You can write or phone them, but it would very likely be a waste of your time and or money, they very likely won't tell you what you want to know.
      They don't have neither an internet site nor an email address.
