  First Blogo promised no expansion of gambling, then he tried getting Keno put in, now he wants to sell or lease the lottery to a private firm.

  As someone said in another thread here, he's gambling on gambling.

  I'm not sure that this will go through. It seems that  many people think this is a bad idea.
