When deciding what to play for the next draw...look at the previous draws

root-root sum stack

example:

IL yesterday was 668

the set up....

668    looking at this set up wouldn't you say the pair "80" is a good one?

GA last night was 330

  6  there's the "99" pair for today's...299

South Carolina last night was 530

  8  "83" good pair...you bet...today was 483!

Ohio last night was 176
