Not one state had a middle digit 7 in the pick 3 yesterday..what are the chances of that happening...?

        Each digit should hit in each position 10% of the time. 

        21 midday draws per day in U.S. should yield around a 2.1 average hits per digit per position.

            Yes Lott... very interesting. Not one state had a 7 in the middle for the whole day-midday and evening.

            Now my pairs show me that the 7 can hit in the middle with a double 4.

              Update: So far 3 states have 7 in the middle for evening draw...and there are 2 double 7.

              GA 773

              MD 370

              MO 170

              TN 727

                There are 37 state draws at night and so we should expect 3.7 of the draws to have a 7 in the middle postion each night.
