Really? Am I just hyping? Read careful;ly and provide feedback, scrutiny and criticism...of my logic or lack...
So far we know this for certain.
1. It's all about pairs! This is not a new discovery. I am new o the lottery business but I have since discovered that greater minds figured out that it's all about pairs long ago.
2. There are only 55 possible pairs in our base 10 system for any p4/p3 utilizing the digits 0 to 9. the pairs are given in other posts...and can be easily derived anyway.
3. In p3 if you have a way of zoning in on a hot pair all you need to do is play the 0-9 digits to capture the winning number...If the pair is 76, you play 760, 761, 762...769....that is $5 for a sure box hit or about $24 for a sure straight hit (ie you combo the ten numbers 760, 761, 762 etc.).
In effect playing the p3 is 1 in 55!
4. The same is true for the p4. The p4 also relies on the same 55 pairs. Get the hot pair that you are confident is coming up..and you only need to play 55 numbers max ...again the 55 pairs will provide the second pair..
Testing today...
I am 100% confident that in the midday or evening the pair 60 will come in NY. Now a double is due in NY...but I don't need doubles to guarantee a profit.
If the 60 pair does come up these are all the possibilties:

That is 55 numbers. Here is my strategy for today.
1. Since I am 100% sure I can play the 55 numbers am and evening 50c box each for a total cost of $55. If singles come I am guaranteed $100 ..profit $45.
2. If doubles come (doubles are due) I can gross $200, triples $300...There are 2 triples (6000 and 6066) amond 28 doubles.
In effect the p4 is reduced to 1 in 55. Get that first pair from the 55 pairs and the rest is just arithmetic (counting).
Now the software tools (thanks for all the pm tips and limnks guys and girls) that do pair analysis can give you such a powerful edge...I am still leanring to use them ...for now I am picking the winning pair the old fashioned way...
Note: So far in all my analysis I have not discriminated between midday and evening draws...Based on my observation...it doesn't make a difference... Anyone who has used am and pm data must have seen the furstration when a number you were sure would come in am actually came in the pm --too many times to be accidental...
