How do you expect a hotcold counter to work?
Should it count hotcold numbers for just the most recent or all drawings?
Should the definitions of hotcold numbers be static or dynamic?
Should the counter use a special file format and use any text file?

Do a search of Excel worksheets, someone may have already created it.
