Here is a sneak peak at my system with some tips and aids to help in the daily Pick-4 game.
For those of you reading this post you have until midnite tonight to send me a PM [Private Message] so that I can send you the tables you'll need to understand this system for this week.
Table needed (Power Ranking and Magic Wheel Chart).
So let's get started. To cut to the chase, I do several different work outs and get things boiled down to two sets of 2 digit numbers. The first set is the Default set and the second is the daily number set. For this week I will hold onto telling you the default two digit set, but will give you now the daily number set which is 8-6, these two digits will be used for the rest of the week in the daily Pick-3 and Pick-4 games. These two digits are very important and I will show you how in the next post to this thread.

To continue with the two digit daily number set of 8-6 and the importance thereof.
First note the order or sequence of the digits (8-6) this is considered to be the best possible sequenced order for these digits to fall, but also note that it can fall as (6-8). Unless or until other factors show a bias for the reverse use the 8-6 in that sequential order.
Now for the Pick-3 game we need to add back the third (3rd) digit to get the three digit set(s). Digits 0-9 added to the 8-6 will give you your three digit numbers:
086-186-286-386-486-586-686-786-886-986
Stay with me because now to get your Pick-4 numbers you likewise do the same to each of the above three digit sets, add the fourth (4th) digit to each set. So let's take the first set of 086 adding the (0-9) digits to this set will make the Pick-4 sets:
0086-1086-2086-3086-4086-5086-6086-7086-8086-9086
This is really simple and there should be no problem following this simple concept up to this point. Now we all know that the three digit set of 086 has six distinct combinations to fall 068-086-608-680-806-860 or as the say this is a 6-way number since it can fall one of six different ways. Also I might note at this point that this number set has a root sum of five (5). You obtain the root sum of a number by simply adding the digits and working the sum to a single digit between 0 and 9 [Note: Root Sums are digits between 1 and 9] but to be correct here if you have a set as 000 and added the zeroes you end up with zero. The root sum of 001 would be 1.
Now convert the root sum of five (5) to an astrological sign of Leo, so for those born under the sign of Leo you might want to follow and play that numbered set. You might ask now, "What would be the best of the six to play" That's where my Magic Wheel Power Ranking chart comes in. For those of you that sent me a PM [Private Message] and got the chart go to it now and look at the horizontal position from left to right and see the best to least 6 units as the best down to 1 unit for the least, for the rest of you the order is as follows: 086-806-860-068-608-680.
Now my chart has 086 as the best of the six so it gets 6 units, 806 is next it gets 5 units and so on down to 680 which gets 1 unit. Let's say for argument that you had $21.00 to spend on this number and wanted to get the most money for the play, then I would suggest that you put $6.00 straight on 086, $5.00 straight on 806, $4.00 str on 860, $3.00 on 068, $2.00 on 608 and $1.00 on 680. Your best hope is that 086 falls in which case you have $6.00 played and would win 6 x $500.00 = $3,000.00. The worst case would be 680 falling but you still would have won $500.00.
This chart is good for cold playing, that is to say if you have state specific data you might want to arrange the sets according to that data which we will cover at another time. But I think you get the picture here.
Now let's take a look at the Pick-4s while I have your attention to the workings of the Pick-3 digits. After all a Pick-4 is four Pick-3 numbered sets contained within it. For the purpose of the chart we are only interested in two of those four digit sets. Look at the pick-4 number set of 1086 the four three digit sets contain within it are [108-106-086-186] we are only interested in the sets that have the 8-6 in them [086 and 186]. Now lets say that you wanted to play that Pick-4 number straight as 1-0-8-6 using the chart find the sets 086 and 186 the Magic Wheel position is (6) =086 and (6) = 186 now the vertical chart comes into play in which you take the "Power" rank number and multiply that number times the Magic Wheel number of (6) so for 186 the Power Rank is (9) so (9) x (6) gives you 54 Units and for 086 (5) x (6) gives you 30 Units 54 + 30 total 84 Units. So in the example if the number 1-0-8-6 fell straight and you had 84 Units on it you could win as much as $420,000.00 where 1 Unit = $1.00 or $105,000.00 where 1 Unit = . 25.
I will take a break here and let you digest the information given, and give you a chance to ask any questions here for the group.
Please note at this time that I am not sending out any more of the Magic Wheel Power Ranking charts, you had until midnight of Saturday, June 24th to request a FREE copy, when you slow you blow. You can however get a copy from someone who got it last night, post a request here to the board and maybe one of them will send you a copy.
For those of you that got the chart I give you permission to send it to whoever you want, but please take note DO NOT post the chart to this or any other thread here at the LotteryPost.
Will continue next time with how to select some pick four numbers to play including the Q25 g {Quest for Twenty-five thousand dollars} numbers. Good luck and thank you.

Q25g (Quest for Twenty-five thousand dollars)
Q25g numbers are those that we play to win Twenty-five thousand dollars or more on. We have a system that targets certain Pick-4 box sets as potential winners, however, any Pick-4 number can win if it's played in the right order on the right day in the right state.
For week No 26 (2006) my system generated the following six (6) Pick-4 sets Tier-1
8613-8619-8612-8639-8632-8692
There are two (2) sets among these six (6) sets that are Q25g Pick-4 numbers. So pick two (2) sets from them and play, you might get lucky and select the two (2) sets.
Next my system generated the following sixteen (16) Pick-4 sets Tier-2
There are four (4) sets among the sixteen (16) that are Q25g Pick-4 numbers. Again, you can select four (4) sets and play you might get luck and pick 1 or more of the 4 sets. Note, among the sixteen sets we guarantee at least four (4) sets will fall combo somewhere within 10 days.
There are other ways to generated numbers to play, I will give you a few here that are very easy to follow.
Combination method, here you take our daily two digits of 8 and 6 and pair them with the pick-4 digits 00-99. So you would have 100 total sets starting with 8600, 8601,8602,8603................8699.
Combination Pairs method, here you take our daily two digits 8 and 6 and add them to the Pairs in the chart below:
00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09
11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19
21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29
33 34 35 36 37 38 39
44 45 46 47 48 49
55 56 57 58 59
66 67 68 69
77 78 79
88 89
99
Now if you were a subscriber to my system you would know the six (6) Q25g numbers to go after which could win you as much as $25,000.00. Obviously I can't tell you the numbers, but I will let you all know here in this thread when a number falls and in which state.
My next post I will cover how to reduce the numbers to just a few to play based on your astrological birth sign, until then good luck and I do hope that ALL of YOUR bets are good ones.
Thank you

Winners for Monday, June 26, 2006
CT: 3-8-5-6 (E)
MD: 8-3-9-6 (E) Q25g winner
NY: 6-8-5 (E)
PA: 8-3-6 (E)
TN: 8-6-2 (D) 5-6-2-8 (D) Q25g winner
Let's look at the winner in the state of Maryland for a moment.
Who would have played that number? If you were born under the astrological birth sign of Scorpio that would be one of the numbers you should have gone after.
Now as far as playing the number straight, we know that the 8-3-9-6 has twenty four combinations in it so let's say you wanted to win Twenty-five thousand dollars off of this number the cost playing all possible combinations would be $120.00 (24 x $5.00) quite a sum Mike many will say, and you're right. So let's cheat a little, say we took our best quess that the lead number in the Pick-4 would be an "8" which we have already since we bet the the 8-6 combination will fall in that sequence remember earlier is this thread we covered that, now you only have 6 straight combos to go after:
8369-8396-8639-8693-8936-8963
Play $5.00 on each of these numbers and you have a total cost of only $30.00 {Saved $90.00} Note, I strongly recomend that you place a bet of at least fifty cents BOXed as insurance, so if let's say 3-6-9-8 fell you would lose the straight bets but the BOXed insurance bet would get you $100.00 so you would not only walk away with something but recover your straight bet costs. So let's say you felt really strong about the 8-3-9-6 and want to bet the max possible on that number to get a good straight hit here is where you would go to my Magic Wheel Power Ranking chart.
Again, we've talked about how a Pick-4 is really also 4 pick-3 sets so 8-3-9-6 is also [ 839-836-396 and 896] we are only concerned with the sets that have our daily 8-6 two digit set in them: 836 and 896 now go to the chart and look up these sets and find the units to play for each.
836=40x 896=35x total Units = 75
Where 1 Unit = $1.00 $75.00 x $5000.00 = $375,000.00
Where 1 Unit = .25 (75 x .25 = $18.75 ) $18.75 x $9000.00 = $168,750.00 {Note Max bet at the quarter store is $1.00 or 4 Units} so the Max to win there is $9,000.00 but I've heard that you can place multiple str bets on a single number, anybody heard or have done so there please let me know - - thanks.
We lucked out on the 5-6-2-8 since we were looking for the "8" to fall in the first position. If you have the funds then play the number in REVERSE order, it would cost another $30.00 but you cover the the number coming in as it did here in this example. Note again you should have a BOXed bet on this so you still have the insurance bet in play so that if the number falls but comes out in REVERSE you still hit for Twenty-five thousand dollars or more.

If anyone has the charts, I would greatly appreciate a share! I missed this post and thus the cut-off date for getting the charts. MJ stated that he was ok with LP folks sharing with others as long as its not posted. If you would like to share, PM me and I will respond with my email address.

to me the question is has the lottery ever let anyone hit for that huge amount,in any state?
States have set liability limits on pay-outs for the Pick-3/4 games.
New York has a limit of $5,000,000.00 so let's say that a total of $1000.00 was wagered on a Pick-4 number, that number would then be sold out and no more bets could be placed on it straight. Should the number fall the state would pay out $5,000,000.00 to each of the ticketholders if you hold 1, 10, 100 or even 500 tickets each would pay $5000.00 and the state would have no choice but to pay since you could sue them in court for non-payment.
Many times I went to play numbers which were SOLD OUT!
Some states like New Jersey pay out on a pari-mutual basis, they take the prize pool and divide by the number of winners, therefore they don't sell out numbers but pay lower prizes if there are many winners and higher prizes if there are fewer winners.
Each has it's advantage and disadvantage, I've won more money in the state of New Jersey than in New York and I think it's really because I've never been refused a bet in NJ where as many times I wanted to play a number in New York to find that it has been SOLD OUT.
