  Whoever chooses the right numbers should win the prize, whether their from California or not.

  Well at least one lottery is getting bigger. Also Euromillions is getting big but will probably get hit soon. Powerball and MM are both in a slump. If CA players want sub-100 pots they can win all they want.

  My goodness, Tiburon,What article of evidence do you have to make such an allegation?

  It matters not if it rolls or gets hits quickly, the end result is simple, someone will be richer and fade into obscurity (sp?). Would be interesting to see an LP member who is part of Betslips win! Thats almost a double bonus! The odds are really simple, you either hit it or ya didnt.

  California is new at Mega Millions and they've been winning the Jackpot alot.  Their are many other states that rarely win Jackpots like South and North Dakota

   Yeah Californians win a lot just because they play a lot...  Just look as we got a big SLP jackpot MM's grows twice slower than before cause all our money goes to SLP right now. And best wishes to betslips players but the winner will be a Lottery Post member from California, most likely me.

  Lots of Powerball states rarely win jackpots simply because they're small.
