  I was looking at lottery specialist and they say that Louisiana at one point had a pick5 that was 5/26 (5 balls selected of 26)...Does anyone know if is true?And if it was like around what year?

  They did, it was called Easy 5. It was dropped in 1998, which was a dark year for the LA Lottery for many other reasons.
