Which Game are you referring to: Pick-3, Pick-4, Pick-5, Pick-6?

Hot (or cold) numbers IMHO are what you make them.

You can go back 40 draws, determine those numbers with the most hits, and call them hot.  You can go back 50 draws and find a different set of numbers.  You can go back 100 draws and find something else.  So "hot" numbers are what you make of them.

To what might you be referring?  I am assuming you would like input as to an individual's definition of "hot number".  If so, I have given you mine.

Now the question becomes, "How might one employ hot numbers in future draws?"

It depends on the matrix size.

5/39 matrix is:

Super Hot is (1) draw back.

Hot is (2 to 7) draws back.

Due (upper 1/3 tier cold) is (8 to infinity) draws back.

Cold (lower 2/3 tier) is (8 to infinity) draws back.

My formula is 39-:-5=7.8, R/O=(8)

Any number with 2 hits in the last ten draws is HOT.

Any number with 20 or more skips is COLD.  (don`t play it)

No way.   #30 in the Cal Fantasy Five recently hit 5 times in a row!  (June 17-21)  How that happens in a computer generated number game is very puzzling.

I also think it depends on the games you play and how far you go back. At least that is how I determine which numbers are hot or cold.

Hi Everyone, I am a newbie…  I am from NC and now we have the Powerball the only lottery right now…  I have been reading a lot of post on LP in the past week trying to find information on how far back in history you go...  My head is spinning with the scenarios I come up with and wind up just getting quick pick.  I am thinking a year, 50, all I have all history back to the beginning of 1998...  Therefore, I just wind up getting quick picks at the store.  I have been trying to analyze my numbers...  “My question is how far back into history should you go or that is recommended? “  I do have Lotto Pro 2006” Still learning, finally learned what the sum is, hot cold.  Still learning the charts etc… s.  I...  I have several spreadsheets in excel created for Hot/cold/  Low high..  Etc...  I just have to figure out how to put it all together to make it work.

I was hoping that I could get some feedback on how far to go back and if anyone has, any suggestions about “lotto pro 2006” would be greatly appreciated.

I am also interested in someone that is trying to analyze on excel spreadsheets also.
