Here's our local 6/39 game (Supercash) for WI tonight....this draw has a face only a  mother could love.

No wonder QPs win.  This is the kind of draw that all statistical experts tell you that you should never play.

Who are the statistical experts telling people such crap?  Do they back up what they say with statistics?

Someone sent me an email about a guy who sneaked his dead grandma back from Mexico in a cartop carrier.  Said someone stole the van when he stopped to buy gas.  He woke up the next morning in a bathtub with no kidneys.

In a world where that sort of thing can happen those numbers are a near certainty.

I'm partial to having the same two (kidneys) I came off the assembly line with.

I don't know about granny and the bathtub.  Organ theft thing, I think I recall skimming over.

I prefer people don't send me those kinds of emails.  I generally don't read them through.

But I got one with a lot of pictures of a mule killing a mountain lion that attacked him I read through a number of times.  That was a good one.

Jack, how can someone "wake up" with both kidneys gone?  You need at least one of them!

Sorry about all the editing, I'm making a lot of typos lately.

I dunno justx.  It wasn't my grandma.

Maybe death from acute kidney dearth takes as long as death from regular kidney failure.  One hopes not.  Guy'd have been in for a few days a person probably wouldn't wish on anyone.

There's an urban legend that pops up at LP once in a while about the guys that make a living playing the lotteries.  Nobody be able to prove whether it's true or not so far.

When it comes to lotteries, there is no shortage of experts. They all seem to have a lot to say. I suppose that the only thing that makes most of them experts is the fact that they've managed to find an audience. Some of those guys even manage to to get paid to pontificate. If you happen to listen and follow their advice, caveat emptor; you've assumed the risk.

We all spend a lot of time analyzing those lottery numbers, but let's not forget what they really are. They're just names. Each number names a possibility. And all of those possibilities have pretty much the same probability. The theories of experts have no bearing on the outcomes of lottery drawings. If QPs win, it's because they happen to match the draw numbers. The same holds true for birthday numbers, system picks, or the numbers on a vitamin bottle.
