  Interesting wheel.  I've been looking at it wondering why you'd create it on a 6/30 matrix.  Then I noticed you're from Singapore and figured maybe you folk have a 6/30 game there.

  In the US the nearest equivalent would be West Virginia (6/25), unless I'm mistaken.

  The wheel you have there 50% 4if6in30n78c or 50% (30,6,4,6)=78 is very good and can not be improved to 90% or likely at all.
  
  The first half of wheel builds are generally very matter of fact, laying down a grid work of coverage using every number roughly the same number of times.  There is very little room for improvement in the first half of a build, the oppertunity for that comes toward the end when things get sloppy due to overlap.
  
  If your budget is 78 combinations, what you have is as good as it's going to get.  Of course you don't play those combinations, you have to exchange those position holders for your numbers ranked from best to worse.  Your first six numbers 1-2-3-4-5-6 needs to be replaced with the six numbers you think will be next draws winners.   Good luck.   My budget is certainly over 78  but below 200 combinations. So if anyone out there can, please improve the wheel.

  Improvement is generally considered to be without adding more combinations.  Open cover wheeling designs are usually built to a percentage of coverage or to fit a budget.
  
  You can build wheels yourself with CoverMaster. Just copy and paste the 78 lines you have so far into CoverMaster and then build to whatever you like below 200 combinations, then Optimize (improve) the wheel.
  
  Pool = 30
  Pick = 6
  Hits = 4
  Match = 6
  Generate
  
  I'd try both locking in your original 78 and letting them be optimized with what comes next.  Often you have to try verious ways to find the best result.  The program also checks your coverage. Don't forget to save the better wheels.

  
  You can find a totally free copy of CoverMaster v54 here, the newer version you have to request through the link even though it is also free last  time I checked.  v54 is almost as good and let's you get a feel for using it while you wait for the newest version.
