Do you think that if the government wasn't involved in Lotteries, that the lotteries would be easier than there are now?Or will they still be hard?

Lotteries are designed to create far more no winners than actual winners because that is how they generate their revenue.  It does not matter who is running the show it is still going to turn out a lot more no winners than winners.  The state, the government or a public or private company who runs the lottery is irrelevant because the bottom line is the same having games that create far more no winners than winners.-weshar75

Thank you, i consider it an unbelievable accomplishment....YOu know what it is to beat every country's though team in the world...

Weshar, yes that's what defines a lottery...Put simple i say what defines a lottery is what says on the dollar sign. "Out of many, one"...That to me is the definition a lottery...What i am saying is if, the government wasn't involved on it i think the range would still be less than what it is now. For example instead of been from 1 to 35 it would have been from 1-28, and it would still yield 1 winner...

Is part of my ongoing seeking research...

The answer I$.........NO........,because the  goverment  is  not

        established to make things............................................EASY!

If you have ever tried to fill out a tax form, but later, decided

to pay a professional for HELP, HELP-ME, that could be a clue.

The gov does set-up what they call a Lottery Commission to

oversee or manage all lotteries, within the state. This group

is a bunch of appointed and hired people who try & act like it

a private organization......L@@K'n out for the "Little PEOPLE!

IF they keep the RNG's out of the back room and keep ahhh

BUBBLE machine on TV, I don't care who runs the...... THING!

        Lurking       Bash     US FlagChairSad Cheers

There's a chance private lottery companies will give more money back to its players like the casino's do.

But with government controlling the lottery draws there's less chance of manipulating the draws/results.
Plus, the money goes to government projects which makes your taxes stay lower.
