   Win Track sent a sales letter for some system they call the "Tech 7x Method" (they get real creative naming systems)....

   They show a list of payoffs for Pick 3:

  I'm in Illinois and as far as I know ours are pretty simple, $40, $80, $@50, $290, and $500. I'm just wondering how they would get those kind of payoffs......the sales letter talks about 8 sets of numbers and a $4.00 play, so that's 50 cents boxed bets.

  These guys tend to be real high priced- something that was posted here on LP was sold by Steve Player (who isn't cheap either) for $11.95 ( a very base system that Win Track was charging $80.00 for.
