In case you're wondering, the house edge on NY Lotto is a minimum of 60.00%. No wonder NY doesn't make the list. MA has numerous annuity-only scratches.

Massachusetts, as I had said in previous post, is a very generous state. Their NUMB3R5 game has in fact bumped up it's payout to 63%, or as Forbes puts it, a 37% house edge. Thats up from an already generous 60% payout. And of course, it has a multitude of play options. The best get better, I guess.

PA's LFL(6/38) is the second best Pick 6 game in the country; WV's 6/25 game, as noted above, is no doubt the best.

The problem is many want a Pick 6 game with a small number field with a reward of millions.  Guess what? It ain't gonna happen!

Smaller number field games are more fun, more winnable, and a more prudent way to spend our hard earned dollars.

When players stop playing the games with the worst odds (=which have the HIGHEST number fields like Power/MegaRip with 55 numbers!), then the number field will be reduced.  The best way to vote is with your dollar: withhold it from the worst games in the country!

thats why i quit playing powerball.but the casual player doesn't care if its 5/70 as long as they see those millions in prize money they will play.
