looking at W V Cahs25 i speculate that the closest
thing to hitting that lottery is some wheels sold by
lotterywheels.com...There is a wheel that's called:
Y6-4T618 it guarantees 25, 4/6 tickets if 6 are in
18..This is all theoretical speculation..But i've
looked at pick6, 1-25 RnG samples over and over and
most of the time, no number will play from the
previous draw and sometimes 1 number will play from
the previous draw and the number 25 rarely plays.. So
if you count that's  7 numbers that do not play...I
don't have W V machine results so i wouldn't know how
their numbers behave since they don't display them on
their website..But i am certain that W V Cash25
machine results will rarely play the number 25 and the
most it can go is if it lets 1 number repeat from the
previous draw...One thing i noticed also in lots of
RnG simulations is that when the number 25 plays the
number 1 doesn't play and viceversa.... Those 7
numbers that do not play you can use them to your
advantage, i believe...YOu subtract those 7 numbers
from the game, you take the resulting numbers and you
wheel them with the Y6-4T618 wheel that guarantees 25,
4/6 tickets if 6 are in 18...This is a speculation
that i believe: because the range of the Y6-4T618 is
short (1-18), i believe that the numbers would cluster
together more tightly and that you are going to have
out of the 25 4/6's you are going to have a couple of
5/6..I would say no more than 4 5/6 tickets..If the
range was even shorter (1-16), then you would have
more 5/6...And if you can contain the 6 winning
numbers in 16 numbers then more power to you...But
this is all a speculation, for i don't have that wheel
and it will cost me 175 dollars to find out (just to
find out)...The problem with this wheel is that it
cost too much 426 dollars to play (i am sure most of
us can't afford it), but if you get in a group of 3
then probably it could ease up the money problem (only
thing i can think of)..And remember if it works, you are only paying 200 and something dollars since you are going to get 250 dollars back...

The desire objective was to
get a wheel that will give you 40 tickets having 4/6
because that to me should give you, i say something like 13
tickets having 5/6 (half of the entire game 1-25) and who knows perhaps the winning
ticket..But such a wheel cost 200 dollars and 620
total combinations to play (don't know if is a good
option, but if you think on the bright side if you win
Cash25 you can do it again and again because they got
up to 10 winners can win 25,000 daily....

But going back to the Y6-4T618 wheel...Looking at the
bright side of it, if you contain the 6 numbers in
those 18 numbers you get 25 tickets having 4/6 which
pays each 10 dollars amounting to 250 total and if i
am correct not to mention the 5/6 tickets which pay
250 each...YOu would be instead be paying the reminder
200 and something dollars and plus you are paying at a
chance to win the 1st prize jackpot...And you can
always look back at past draws, if you have access,
for trends...

The live draws should do the same thing, they should seldom play the number 25 but i say 40% of the time the 1 number will repeat from the previous draw...

This is the only way i can think of trying to win that
particular lottery, is the only approach i can think
of...But looking at the Y6-4T618 i believe there are
better ways to wheel a more optimized wheel with
numbers optimally interwovened and interconnected that
will yield a better results or a jackpot...The bad
the good thing about it is that V W Cash25 is that if
you can you can win that lottery several times in a
months since there can be up to 10 winners in 1
day/draw and making you more than 25,000 dollars (like
if you got on a group)...

West Virgina has files of their past drawings that can downloaded if you're really interested in studying Cash25.  Cash25 has over 1400 drawings so there's plenty of data to study.

Because Cash25 has only 25 numbers it doesn't act like other lotteries with more numbers.  Of the 1405 drawings, 524 had one number from the previous drawings, 480 had two numbers, 178 had three, 20 had four and one had five numbers from the previous drawings.  Only 201 drawings had no numbers from the previous drawings.

Thank you RJoh...The times i've visited their website
i miss that feature...I remember one time i could not download it either..And
yes cash25 because is balls (live machine) would behave sort of
different than a RnG (at least the ones that i've
seen)...

And for those stats I hate those stats as they are right now...I'll have to try and figure out a way to make it simpler..Question RJOh how did you get those stats? What i am trying to say is it will take me 2 days to count the number of times 1 number repeated from the previous draw, so are 2 and 3, etc..I mean i don't think that kind of information the Cash25 would have on their website..How you pull off such a feat?

pumpi76,

West Virginia website just give you the dates and numbers drawn for each game.  Once I tranport the data into my personal program it's just another lottery data file and anything I can do with one file can be done with any file loaded.  It can check each record(drawing) with one to all the previous records before it and either count the total number of hits or count the number of matches.  I wrote the program for Ohio Super Lotto (649) years ago and have since updated it for 6/6-60 +1/1-60 and 5/5-60+1/1-60 so it can look at any pick5 or pick6 game with or without a bonus ball up to 60 numbers.  It can't handle the recent 5/100 Ohio Lot'O Play game and I probably won't rewrite it to handle it because I don't play it.

Is that a 6 (1-60) + 1 (1-60) Am i reading you correctly? If that's correct that has more combination than a pick7 and who is going to have 5 (1-60) + 1 (1-60) Are you preparing yourself for Mega million and powerball when they reach those heights maybe?

Before Ohio Super Lotto Plus ended it was a 6/49 +1 game, so it drew seven numbers from a pool of 49 and MegaMillions is a 5/56+1/42 so the program is almost at it limits now for the lotteries I play.

When lottery programs are designed, space(memory) has to be set aside for working with an array of numbers and I decided when I started writting it years ago space for 60 numbers would probably cover any changes in the future and it has until Ohio Lot'O Play came along.  There are still some old lottery programs around that can't handle more than 49 numbers so when lotteries increased thier number pools, they couldn't handle the newer formats.
