Mswizz777..this may help you out some..time travel back through your states past starting with the wednesdays drawing..what you are looking for is a lock..make a little list something like this and check them off..
1. = 1 digit repeats to next draw
2. = 2 digits repeat to the next draw
3. = 3 digits repeat to the next draw
I would only worry about trying to catch the 1 or 2..the 3 will come and I am sure you have seen it yourself where the previous nites combo was like say 357 and the next nite it came back out as 735 for an example that would be a 3 digit return and each state , every state will do that..but the more specific you ask anything of numbers the longer it will take..so..I would suggest what you have already suggested ..try to capture the 2 digit return..another way to help you find what pair is going to repeat is this..make a pair list of 00-99 representing all 100 pairs..but you know you can cut that in half its like 55? somewhere in there because 01 and 10 would be considered the same pair..NOW..what you do is start with wednesdays drawing..time travel through the past and check off the pars that have repeated until you knock off most of those 55 pairs I think it is..save 3 pairs..you can capture 2 of those..I never recommend chasing the last unit of any set..it gets pushed the furtherest and is the hardest to catch..I hope this is understandable a little bit for you and will help some..
