The concept of this post is to visualize an idea that will concentrate upon what is possibly due for the entire month of October.
This is very similiar to the method and idea expressed here https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/142706 for a weekly pick of the Ga Fantasy 5 game.
The overall concept is simple. I make the assumption that past history will reveal future behavior. Basic statistics. Nothing fancy and nothing too complex.
Below is a snapshot of a portion of the Skip Average Spreadsheet I am using to track the data.

Right now, I am not going to try to explain this spreadsheet too much. I do think I need to notate that the sheet is designed to have the cells change color if they meet a certain criteria. Because Excel only allows one to attach a max of 3 variables to a conditional format of a cell, I settled for Red, Yellow and Green. And yes, there is one that uses Black. I will explain that another time.
In general, the cells of greatest interest are the Green and Red items. The reason for the green is, that if the skip average hits what a running average is, then it turns green to say "Hey, I am due for this Game". Sometimes, it hits and sometimes it doesn't.
The red cells with numbers in it are declaring "Hey, this time a year, 2 years, etc..., I was this average and the current skip is there, don't forget me".
The Red cells with the big O in it simply declares that this number is past due.
The yellow is a flag to show that the current skip has went past the previous averages.
Next is a break-down of how the numbers showed up to be due and over-due between 10-10 and 10-31.

(If you copy and paste this into notepad, it will make better sense. Be sure to turn off word wrap so you can see the big picture)
From the breakdown above, I was able to derive the following 16 numbers to watch for between 10-10 and 10-31. The cool part of this system is that it allows for possible repeats.
05-08-10-13-14-18-24-27-28-29-31-35-36-47-48-51
These are the sets I am currently watching for this month
05-08-10-18-47 05-08-14-29-35 05-10-13-35-51 05-24-31-35-47
05-27-35-36-48 05-28-29-36-47 08-10-13-31-36 08-10-24-28-48
08-27-28-47-51 10-14-27-29-31 13-14-28-47-48 13-18-24-27-29
14-18-24-36-51 14-18-28-31-35 18-29-31-48-51 05-13-18-27-31
08-14-24-28-36 13-18-27-31-48 14-24-28-36-48 13-18-27-31-36
Now, using the same concept on the MegaBall, the following numbers appear.
20-38<-----------10-10
32-38<-----------10-13
04-29-38-45<---10-17
20-38-41<-------10-20
08-38<-----------10-24
04-38<-----------10-27
12-27-38 <------10-31
Keep in mind, as these numbers occur (assuming any does) they can be removed from the list because it is rare (has happened, but rarely) to have it repeat within a month.
Now, with the above information, I do hope everyone can make reasonable use of this method to draw their own conclusions. Those who have Excel and would like a copy of the spreadsheet, send an email to sirmetro@yahoo.com and I will email a copy to you. Because this is a tedious process, if the game doesn't play in GA, I simply will not do a work-out for you. I just don't have that kind of free time, sorry folks.
Those who see a possible alternative way to look at this data, I would be delighted to hear from you. I have included the above data so that perhaps a different perspective could be takened when reviewing it. All productive and constructive ideas are welcomed. Oh and by the way, I don't give a flip about the payout method. Let's hit first, then discuss the details of collection.
Take care and have fun Folks
Sir Metro
