The foundation of the chart is a basic, past history will dictate future performance.
The way this chart works is, the first column is the number (1 thru 42 in this case).
The second column is How MANY times the number has occurred for ALL games combined.
The third column is How LONG was it since this number last occurred (count is based on number of games, not days because this is a bi-weekly game)
The fourth column is How many games does this number usually skip? In this case, 21 skips an average of 6 games. This is obtained by dividing how many times the number has hit into the total number of games.
The fifth column is how many games is this number past due? 21 is currently 11 days past due based on ALL the games. This is found by subtracting how many games the number is due from how many games the number has actually skipped.
The sixth column is similiar to the fifth except it only looks at the past 3 months of games. In this case, 21 is only 7 days past due based on the past 3 months of performance compared to the total history of the game.
I am using a similiar approach to both Fantasy 5 and MegaMillions. Since I only created these charts a week ago, I still do not have enough data to make any clear determination. Also, back tracking this type of chart is extremely tedious and I just don't have the time to do it at the moment.
