An excited vibe at Canton station that sold $75-million ticket

Someone in Michigan could have become a millionaire last night.
A $75-million Mega Millions ticket was sold at a Shell station at Haggerty and Ford roads in Canton.
The winner is believes to have purchased the winning ticket via Easy Pick less than an hour before the 11 p.m. drawing. The numbers are 9, 20, 24, 25, 36; Mega Ball, 23.
Gas station owner Raj Anghan said the Lottery Commission called his station around 1 a.m. this morning to give him the news.
“My customers are pretty excited, we’re excited,” Anghan said today. “We’d like to know who it is. It’s really great news.”
Anghan said he has owned the gas station for five years and has a loyal customer base.
By 7:15 a.m., he was dealing with local television trucks and radio stations.
“The media attention is unbelievable,” he said. “But, hey, it’s great publicity. We’re just as curious as everyone else.”
The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 175,711,536.
