A couple of months go one of the TV networks broadcast a documentary aboyt the lottery. One of the segments was about a guy in California who had hit a jackpot but someone else tried to cash the ticket, the stroe clerk if I remember right.

The actual winner posted here for a few days, or someone claiming to be him.

    Here's one of several threads:

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

If you are writing about Bob21456, Coin Toss, he is currently posting on the news forum.  I think there have also been other members who won a lot of money. In his case, he joined to get advice after the win when the store clerk was on trial for stealing.  However, regarding people who have been members for a while, I can't recall reading a post where someone wrote "I won the lottery!" since I've been on the board. However, it's possible that a member might try to keep that to himself. That was a poll once.

Congrats on the $24,000.  In about 30 years I've never won more than $100, so that's not a bad hit, although of course we'd all like to win millions.

We had a $100,000 powerball winner, who was a member even before hitting, and they posted a scanned image of the ticket.  I think maybe 3-4 years ago.

There's someone who 'vanished' from the board not too long ago and someone else said they think that person may have hit a jackpot (state lottery or better).

The general concnesus seems to be that if someone here did hit big, they would indeed disappear or at least "dummy up" about it.
